We're Stephanie and Jon, the bakers behind Bake It Foxy in Wilmslow.
What started as a love of baking in our home kitchen quickly got a bit out of hand... in the best way. There's only so much cake two people can eat (we tested this thoroughly), so Bake It Foxy was born.
Everything we make is baked fresh to order using ingredients we actually rate. Real butter, proper chocolate, and absolutely no cutting corners. If it's not something we'd happily demolish ourselves, it doesn't make the cut.
Our bakes have a bit of a reputation. The "just one more slice" kind. The "I'll share... maybe" kind. And with so many people coming back for seconds (and thirds), we're taking that as a very good sign.
We also don't believe in disappointing portions. These are proper bakes, generous, indulgent, and guaranteed to hit the spot. No sad slices here.
